Yes. We are open to the public. No business license is required. Prices listed are for everybody.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If your order is being shipped to an address in California we have to collect a 8.75% sales tax. If the order is being shipped outside of California we do not collect a sales tax.

If you have a valid California Resellers Permit we can set your account up as non-taxable. Let us know if you would like to set up a resellers account and we will fax or mail you a resale certificate that you will need to fill out, sign and return to us. Tax cannot be removed from orders that have already shipped.

How do I calculate shipping costs?
The best way to calculate shipping costs is to place the items you would like to order into your shopping cart. At the bottom of the cart is a shipping calculator. Enter your state and zip code, then press the GO button to calculate the shipping. Feel free to adjust your order any number of times to get the best products and shipping price.

Can I put Submersible Floralytes in water?
Yes you can.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
We also accept Cashiers Checks and Money Orders for mail orders. Sorry no personal, business checks, purchase orders or COD.

Do the Floating Glass Bubbles float?
Yes they do.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days of placing your order. We normally don’t ship on the weekends. Please see our Shipping page for more info.

Will my online payment be secure?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
