Return/Refund Policy For Supplies/Hard Goods:
As a wholesaler we do not have a liberal return policy. All sales are final and non returnable. Wholesale Flowers will refund or replace defective or damaged merchandise at our discretion if you notify us within 1 week of receiving your order. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Broken / Incorrect / Missing Item Policy
At Wholesale Flowers, we ship a large amount of glass and pack everything the best we can to make sure it gets to you in one piece. Sometimes damage does occur.
If an item is received broken, incorrect or missing, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your package(s).
All replacements for broken, incorrect or missing items are shipped via FedEx Ground only to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Breakage claims for Alaska and Hawaii will only receive a credit, not replacements, for the damaged products. Incorrect item claims for Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using the USPS.
We do not send replacements for broken items or incorrect items using any expedited service.
If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to the customer. Once we receive the item, we will then ship the correct item.
Guarantee and Return Policy For Fresh Cut Wholesale Flowers:
Wholesale Flowers and Supplies ships directly from selected growers that we have developed relationships with for over 20 years. Orders are handpicked, packed and shipped directly from the grower.
Fresh flowers are perishable and require special handling. Flowers are only shipped Fedex overnight for delivery on Tuesday thru Friday. Someone should be there to accept delivery of your order and properly process your flowers.
We are not responsible if flowers have not been properly rehydrated or prepared correctly after delivery. Due to the fact that your order is shipped directly from the grower they may not include care instructions. We do provide general care instructions on our website but it is the customer’s responsibility for the care and preparation of their flowers.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling us at 800-600-8483. All claims are handled on a case by case basis. We may need you to send us pictures to process your claim. We will not be responsible for replacing missing or damaged goods from your local florist.
